Anzalone is the veteran connective tissue Tampa needed at linebacker. He can diagnose quickly, cover tight ends and slots, and give the young defenders a steady voice in the middle.
Strengths: Starting role, coverage ability, run diagnosis, veteran communication, and strong fit at weakside linebacker.
Weaknesses: Replacing a franchise legend comes with expectations, and the new surrounding linebacker group still needs time to gel.
