Bucky Irving

Irving is more than a change-of-pace back. His burst through the line and ability to turn a small crease into an explosive gain make him a legitimate offensive engine.

61 yards on 16 carries last week, just kinda there. 241 yards on the year and 1 td, team is 0-4 so nobody is doing anything

4.5 a carry and 13 catches. glute is a little worry. bucs are 0-3 and the offense is stuck. solid back but not getting much help.

Irving is still the backfield’s most explosive pure runner. His rookie production showed vision and burst; a healthy return, plus expanded route work in camp, gives him a chance to be even more complete.

Strengths: Elite rookie production, acceleration, 1,500-plus scrimmage-yard history, and growing receiving responsibilities.

Weaknesses: Shoulder and foot injuries limited 2025, and Gainwell’s arrival means workload may be shared more deliberately.
