3 pass breakups last week and 4 on the year. good week, 2-2 team
12 tackles, groin was a question but he's playing. 30 years old.
Ward has the size, physicality and veteran savvy to handle tough boundary work. The 2023 ball production was elite, and the Colts saw seven breakups in a shortened 2025. The biggest goal is keeping him healthy enough to pair with Gardner for a full season.
Strengths: Press ability, route recognition, ball disruption and big-game experience. He can match bigger receivers and bring a physical tone to the outside.
Weaknesses: Injury interruptions limited his 2025 season. At 30, he needs to stay available and rely on technique rather than trying to recover with pure speed.
