Schultz is a reliable veteran target who understands how to find soft zones and move the chains. He is more polished than explosive, but that dependability is exactly what Houston needs from its lead tight end.

Strengths: Route feel, hands, experience, red-zone utility and quarterback-friendly reliability.

Weaknesses: Limited explosive separation and a modest blocking ceiling.
