Faalele is massive, experienced depth with real starting reps. He gives Jacksonville a physical answer at guard and can change the personality of short-yardage plays when his size starts moving people.
Strengths: Exceptional size, recent starting continuity and proven run-game experience give him meaningful line depth.
Weaknesses: His range is naturally limited, and quick interior rushers can exploit his foot speed in wide-open passing situations.
