Jones is exactly what he's always been at this stage of his career: a massive, experienced run-stuffing nose tackle brought in to anchor the middle of the line. His history with Mike Vrabel from their Titans days made this a natural reunion, and at 34 he's being used as a rotational veteran rather than an every-down player.
Strengths: Elite size at 6-foot-4, 320 pounds with 13 years of starting experience and a track record against the run.
Weaknesses: Age and snap-count management limit him to a rotational interior role rather than a full-time three-down job.
