2 pass breakups last week and 3 on the year. 0-4 team though, nobody cares about his good play
quiet 3 games, nothing going his way and the texans are 0-3. coverage is fine but no splash plays.
Stingley has moved past prospect projection and into true shutdown-corner territory. He can mirror a receiver, find the football without panicking and turn contested targets into turnovers. That gives Houston the freedom to be aggressive elsewhere because one side of the field is far less inviting.
Strengths: Man coverage, ball skills, instincts, recovery ability and big-play production.
Weaknesses: The isolation role creates enormous weekly responsibility and physical coverage carries injury risk.
