Hallett's 2026 has been a rollercoaster typical of fringe defensive backs: good enough to make the initial roster, cut anyway, then recalled to the active roster once Kendell Brooks went down. He's logging only modest snaps and a single tackle so far behind Amani Hooker, but the Titans clearly view him as trustworthy depth at strong safety.
Strengths: Made Tennessee's initial 53-man roster out of camp and has been trusted to step back in once injuries hit the safety room.
Weaknesses: Limited game production to date (one tackle in early appearances) and purely a backup behind Tennessee's starting strong safety.
