Evans handles two high-leverage specialist jobs: flipping the field and holding kicks. He has a live leg and a settled role, but directional consistency will decide how much advantage he creates.

Strengths: Leg talent, punting power, holder responsibility and field-position impact.

Weaknesses: Directional placement consistency and operation dependence.
