Bernard made a hard roster in a room with established names, which says plenty. He looks like a useful rookie who can line up in multiple places; continued route detail and special-teams value can turn that into a weekly role.

Strengths: Made the initial 53, absorbed multiple positions in camp, and earned coaches' trust while opportunities expanded.

Weaknesses: Rookie consistency and a limited target pie behind Metcalf, Pittman and Wilson will determine how quickly his offensive role grows.
