Stuard gives the Rams a reliable reserve who can tackle, run and contribute on special teams. He is not a high-ceiling starter, but he is the kind of depth player defenses need over a long season.
Strengths: Special-teams contribution, tackling, energy and professional experience.
Weaknesses: Limited coverage ceiling and lower upside on defense.
