Woodard is database-active depth with a developmental job in a new scheme. The report is necessarily brief: master special teams, be assignment-sound, and make the staff comfortable using him if injuries alter the linebacker rotation.
Strengths: Active roster membership and developmental special-teams opportunity.
Weaknesses: No documented prominent current defensive role.
