McLeod's college tape at Auburn, including eight sacks in his final season, showed real play-making upside off the edge of the linebacker spot, but a lost rookie year on injured reserve means he is only now getting his first NFL run as a practice-squad call-up. It is early, but the flashes that got him drafted are still the selling point.
Strengths: Disruptive final college season at Auburn with eight sacks and 13.5 tackles for loss shows real pass-rush ability from the position.
Weaknesses: Missed his entire rookie season on injured reserve and has only just made his NFL debut, leaving almost no pro track record yet.
