Royals is a real breakout candidate because the ability was there before the rookie knee issue. He plays with enough ball skill to make difficult catches, and this offense has room for him if the health finally cooperates.
Strengths: Strong Utah State production, healthy offseason, body control, and a meaningful initial-53 opportunity.
Weaknesses: Rookie knee injury limited him to two catches; NFL production remains mostly projection.
