Ford is a young linebacker whose path is built on preparation and special teams before bigger defensive snaps arrive. He has to show he can cover space, not just tackle downhill.
Strengths: Young instincts, tackling willingness and developmental upside.
Weaknesses: Crowded linebacker room and unproven NFL coverage ability.
