Noel's camp arc is encouraging: a finger issue slowed the opening stretch, then he popped up with a red-zone score. He is best viewed as a quick, developing complement whose health and timing will shape the early role.

Strengths: Red-zone flash, short-area quickness, and evidence of returning to work after a finger-related absence.

Weaknesses: The earlier injury cost valuable camp time, and he must fight through competition for slot and underneath targets.
