Morgan has reached the fun part of development: the Packers are asking whether his athletic tools can hold down the blind side. His guard/tackle background gives the staff options, but left tackle will demand cleaner, more consistent pass sets than a utility role. The upside is worth the growing pains.
Strengths: Athleticism, tackle-guard versatility, youth and clear opportunity.
Weaknesses: Limited settled role, major pass-protection assignment and consistency still to prove.
