Conerly is one of the more important development bets on the roster. His feet are already built for pass protection, and the added strength should help against bull rushes. Keeping him on the right side is sensible; now he needs to turn tools into weekly consistency.
Strengths: Quick pass sets, intelligence, length and athleticism, plus meaningful year-two physical growth.
Weaknesses: He is still developing play strength and run-game finish, and young tackles can be tested by veteran counters and power rushes.
