Koonce is a valuable complementary rusher because he knows how to take advantage of the attention Crosby receives. His comeback year showed the burst is back; now the task is stacking it.

Strengths: Edge burst, complementary pass-rush instincts, resilience after injury and scheme familiarity.

Weaknesses: Recent knee history and uneven year-to-year output mean he still has to prove he can sustain a bigger role.
