Freeling has the movement and length to become a long-term answer at tackle. The immediate twist is playing on the right after major left-side college experience, but Carolina can give him real reps without abandoning the developmental plan.

Strengths: First-round talent, athletic testing, long arms, college starting experience, and immediate opportunity.

Weaknesses: Rookie learning the right side and facing NFL power/technique after a relatively short college starting résumé.
