Princeton Fant Scouting Report (1)

AlexFromAmericasTeam Oct 3, 2026

Fant had quietly carved out a role as a developmental tight end behind Jake Ferguson since arriving as an undrafted free agent out of Tennessee, but a torn ACL and partial MCL in training camp wiped out his entire 2026 season. There is nothing to evaluate on the field this year beyond the long rehab ahead of him.

Strengths: Years of familiarity with the Cowboys' offense and coaching staff give him a foundation to build on once healthy.

Weaknesses: A season-ending ACL/MCL injury means zero 2026 game action and an uncertain path back onto the roster.
