Matiscik is exactly what a team wants from a long snapper: barely noticed because every operation works. His consistency gives Jacksonville's specialists a quiet but important floor.
Strengths: Specialized consistency, veteran experience and reliable operation mechanics support every phase of the kicking game.
Weaknesses: The role has almost no margin for error, and one misplaced snap can outweigh a long stretch of otherwise clean work.
