Thomas showed real starting ability in 2024 with 47 tackles and six passes defensed across 15 starts, but the 2025 ACL tear erased a full season and he's now working his way back onto an Arizona roster that already has Will Johnson, Max Melton and Garrett Williams ahead of him. His re-signing gives the Cardinals experienced depth if injuries open up snaps again.
Strengths: Proven starting-level corner when healthy, with physical tackling and ball production shown during his 2024 season.
Weaknesses: Coming off a torn ACL that cost him all of 2025, so his explosiveness and role are both unproven right now.
