221 yards on 54 carries is 4.1 a pop, nothing special. scored last week but the team is 0-4 so it doesnt matter
4.6 a carry is fine but tennessee is 0-3 and the offense isn't giving him a lot. ankle thing too. just kinda there.
Pollard is the smooth veteran answer in this backfield: quick through the hole, decisive in space and comfortable as a receiver. He may not need 25 carries to change a game, which is exactly what this rotation needs.
Strengths: Burst, vision, receiving ability, experience and current lead-back status make him a high-value offensive piece.
Weaknesses: He is more effective with a complementary workload than relentless volume, and his smaller frame can be tested in short-yardage traffic.
