Hopper is in a good spot to learn without being overloaded. There is draft investment and enough early production to keep the projection alive, but Green Bay’s veteran additions mean he must earn every defensive snap. Special teams and clean assignments are the route to a larger role.

Strengths: Youth, draft investment, athletic development path and special-teams opportunity.

Weaknesses: Limited production, crowded position group and unproven three-down role.
