8 tackles and 2 pass breakups for a big guy. mostly eats blockers, 0-4 team so nobody cares
huge run stuffer but the bucs are 0-3. only 2 games and 6 tackles. just a wall in the middle.
Vea is still the gravitational center of Tampa Bay's front. He caves in lighter guards, makes run fits easier for everyone else and offers enough pocket push to keep the rush honest. Health is the only early caveat.
Strengths: Two Pro Bowls, 763 2025 snaps, powerful run defense, effective bull rush, 4.5 sacks, and starting nose-tackle role.
Weaknesses: Recent practice limitation needs monitoring, and his large workload makes snap management important over 17 games.
