Shipley gives the Eagles a change-of-pace option in a room where the lead role is already defined. The value is speed, energy and being ready to make a small number of touches feel consequential.
Strengths: Rotation speed, active-roster role and developmental upside.
Weaknesses: Limited route to volume behind Barkley and a compact backfield.
