Nwankpa's interception is a great example of why pre-snap reads can be misleading. Mahomes may have forced the Raiders into the exact coverage look Kansas City wanted them to see before rotating late.

Nwankpa has already cleared a meaningful hurdle by making the first roster as a young safety. His early role should be simple: be dependable on teams, learn the calls and make the most of any defensive snap.
Strengths: Initial-53 retention, young safety upside, clear depth-chart development path, and special-teams opportunity.
Weaknesses: Undrafted rookie with limited NFL experience and a depth-chart climb behind established safeties.
