9 tackles and a sack in 3 games, a tfl last week. i expected more from the big name, 3-1 team though
1 sack in 2 games, not the splash everyone wanted yet. 22 and still learning.
The breakout is coming. Carter has the physical talent to become a double-digit-sack player and the face of the Giants' pass rush.
Carter is built for the Giants' plan to make the quarterback guess wrong before the snap. If he can rush, drop and move around without becoming a tell, he turns a talented front into a genuine schematic problem.
Strengths: Pass-rush upside, athletic versatility and premium role in disguise-heavy defense.
Weaknesses: Must master the full coverage and assignment workload that comes with multi-role deployment.
