Fordham has already put useful preseason tape in front of the staff. For a young linebacker, that earns a chance; the next job is translating the energy into consistent fits, coverage responsibilities and special-teams value.
Strengths: Preseason standout, young developmental upside, and an apparent nose for making camp plays.
Weaknesses: Undrafted rookie without a defined regular-season role or established NFL production.
