Jacobs is an athletic depth linebacker with enough college production to stay on pro radars. He needs a stable roster window to show whether that versatility can turn into a lasting NFL role.
Strengths: College production, tackling, pass-rush flashes, professional experience and versatility.
Weaknesses: Limited NFL defensive production and currently no established Washington roster role.
