playing really clean football, 7 tds and 1 pick. the 1-2 is more on the defense than him. quick release, gets the ball out fast and doesn't sit in the pocket. same old dak but in a good way.
When Dak plays like this, quarterback isn't the Cowboys' problem — it's the reason they have a chance. Dallas should be far more worried about whether its defense can hold up against elite teams.
Dak is still the engine. He can diagnose quickly, throw with anticipation and keep an explosive passing game on schedule when protected. The 2025 production shows the arm is plenty alive; the main job is turning that volume into cleaner situational football and postseason results.
Strengths: Anticipation, accuracy, pocket command, high-volume production, leadership, and red-zone passing.
Weaknesses: He can press when the offense becomes one-dimensional, and his effectiveness still depends heavily on protection and timely run-game support.
