Jones gave the Colts exactly what they needed in 2025: efficient, productive quarterback play with enough mobility to keep the offense on schedule. He was particularly sharp pushing the ball for 8.1 yards per attempt. The big task now is backing up that breakout while staying available through a full season.
Strengths: Accurate rhythm passing, improved downfield efficiency, functional rushing value and substantial starting experience. He made decisive throws in 2025 and can operate a balanced offense without needing everything to be perfect.
