Rhodes is one of those specialists who makes his position disappear, which is the compliment. A decade in Indianapolis, an All-Pro season and steady availability say everything about the trust he has earned. He is the quiet center of every field goal, punt and extra point operation.
Strengths: Snap consistency, longevity, elite recognition and deep familiarity with the Colts' specialist unit. He brings calm execution in high-pressure moments.
Weaknesses: The position leaves little margin for an off day, and age makes maintaining physical sharpness essential. His value is almost entirely tied to flawless weekly precision.
