Bailey is a developmental linebacker with enough rush energy to be interesting. The immediate path is teams work and learning the discipline required to become a dependable pro defender.

Strengths: Young athleticism, pressure instincts and special-teams opportunity offer a good developmental base.

Weaknesses: He needs more consistent run fits and coverage awareness before taking on a meaningful defensive workload.
