Meyers is one of the most interesting guys on the roster. He took the long route through Division II and the CFL, then put up 1,056 yards and eight touchdowns for the Grey Cup champs before winning a Bengals job in camp. The tape shows real vertical speed and a willingness to attack the ball, not just a return specialist pretending to be a receiver. I have him at a six because he still has to prove it against NFL coverage, but this is not a random camp fluke. He has produced wherever he finally got an opportunity, and I would not be shocked if he earns real snaps behind the top three.
Strengths: Meyers can stretch coverage, track the ball over his shoulder and turn limited touches into chunk plays. His CFL return production adds special-teams value, while his path through smaller programs shows persistence and comfort competing for every snap.
Weaknesses: He is a 26-year-old NFL rookie facing a major jump in coverage speed and physicality. His route detail against press coverage is still an projection, and he must prove he can create the same explosive plays without the CFL's wider field.
