Stokes is the veteran speed piece on the outside. When he is healthy and confident, he can stay in phase vertically and make quarterbacks think twice before attacking the boundary.
Strengths: Straight-line speed, starter experience, size and current first-team placement make him a useful perimeter defender.
Weaknesses: Past availability and inconsistent ball production mean he must prove he can deliver steady week-to-week coverage.
