Eric Wilson is a linebacker whose value comes from turning preparation into dependable snaps. The role may be prominent or developmental, but the tape standard is the same: play fast, stay disciplined and make the unit more reliable when the opportunity arrives.

Strengths: Range, tackling effort and coverage awareness.

Weaknesses: Processing speed against complex route combinations.
