24 catches for 270 but just 3 for 27 last week. team is struggling and he gets lost in it, deserves better
10 for 107 and a td vs detroit in a loss. he's basically the whole jets passing game and Geno keeps feeding him. smooth and gets open against anyone.
Wilson looks like the receiver Geno Smith will trust when the play needs an answer. The knee recovery is part of the story, but the camp chemistry and the way he wins different routes suggest the core talent is intact. He can be a featured weapon without becoming a predictable one.
Strengths: Elite instincts, route creativity and the ability to win at multiple depths. He combines discipline with feel, which lets him uncover even when the route is not drawn up perfectly.
Weaknesses: The knee history and a 2025 season cut short mean availability cannot be taken for granted. Defenses will tilt coverage toward him, so the Jets need their new complementary receivers to keep the burden reasonable.
