Dunker has a good developmental setup behind a young starter and a respected line coach. His first year is about building NFL anchor strength and cleaning up details without being rushed.

Strengths: Rookie upside, size, guard development and quality coaching environment.

Weaknesses: Limited experience and NFL pass-protection refinement needed.
