Pharms is the definition of a depth lineman who has made himself useful enough to keep getting the call: an undrafted USFL alum who has bounced between New England's practice squad and active roster for several seasons running. He's not going to command a starting job, but the Patriots clearly trust him enough to activate him whenever the interior rotation is thin.
Strengths: Durable rotational interior lineman who has earned the staff's trust through repeated practice-squad elevations over multiple seasons.
Weaknesses: Limited career production (45 tackles, two sacks across parts of several seasons) reflects a true backup role rather than a difference-maker.
