Ramirez is currently a practice-squad outside linebacker trying to find a foothold after being let go by Philadelphia. His college tape at Eastern Michigan showed real pass-rush production, but he has yet to translate that into a steady NFL role across stops with Tampa Bay, Philadelphia and now New England.
Strengths: Productive college pass rusher at Eastern Michigan (20.5 career sacks) with legitimate NFL athletic traits for an edge/outside linebacker.
Weaknesses: Still fighting for a roster spot off the practice squad after being cut loose by his last team, with no established NFL role yet.
