Deguara is a utility tight end who earns snaps with motion, leverage and willingness to do the blocking work. Think glue piece for heavier packages rather than a target who needs a featured route tree.
Strengths: Blocking temperament, H-back versatility and experience in movement-based formations make him a useful complementary piece.
Weaknesses: His receiving production has been limited, and he does not offer the mismatch speed or size that makes a tight end a primary target.
