Moss threw for nearly 2,800 yards and 16 touchdowns in his lone season at Louisville after transferring from USC, and Chicago liked him enough to bring him in as a UDFA and keep him on the practice squad as developmental insurance. His one in-season elevation came purely because Tyson Bagent was banged up, and he reverted right back afterward -- this is a long-term project, not a current contributor.
Strengths: Productive final college season at Louisville (2,769 yards, 16 touchdowns) shows real arm talent and functional accuracy.
Weaknesses: Unlikely to make the 53-man roster this season and has yet to take a regular-season NFL snap.
