Tinsley was let go by Cincinnati at final cuts, only to get called back less than a month later once Andrei Iosivas landed on injured reserve and the receiver room thinned out. He has real prior Bengals production to lean on -- eight catches for 116 yards and two scores in 2025 -- and his familiarity with the offense should let him contribute quickly in a complementary role.
Strengths: Already has real 2025 Bengals production (eight catches, 116 yards, two touchdowns) and familiarity with Zac Taylor's offense.
Weaknesses: Was cut by Cincinnati at final roster cuts and only returned due to injuries ahead of him on the depth chart.
