Mo is the sturdy veteran piece in this tight end room. His receiving numbers are modest by design, but he does a lot of the heavy lifting that frees Warren and the wideouts to make plays. The Colts know exactly what they are getting: size, professionalism and a blocker who can handle unpleasant work.
Strengths: Powerful frame, blocking experience, red-zone size and eight-plus years in the same system. He can be a dependable sixth lineman while still presenting a credible target near the goal line.
Weaknesses: He is not a high-volume separator, and the target share has rightly shifted toward younger pass catchers. His effectiveness depends more on leverage and strength than suddenness in space.
