Leverett is the classic emergency interior lineman: a veteran who has bounced around practice squads and got the call when Dallas needed a warm body behind a starting guard who had surgery. He is not projected to start, but his experience makes him a sensible first man off the bench at guard.
Strengths: Veteran reps and positional versatility along the interior line make him a safe, low-drama fill-in option.
Weaknesses: He is strictly a depth piece behind T.J. Bass and Tyler Booker with no real path to a starting job this season.
