Jules has done the hard part of turning a practice-squad chance into a real roster role. He made 18 tackles last year and helps on special teams. I have him at a five. There is not much playmaking evidence yet, and the veteran safety additions mean his game-day value has to come from reliability everywhere.
Strengths: Jules tackles willingly, understands the system and contributes across special-teams units. He has steadily earned trust from the coaching staff.
Weaknesses: He has no established ball production or starting experience. A crowded safety room limits opportunities to develop through defensive snaps.
