Rice plays with the strength and urgency of a receiver who wants the ball in traffic. He can be Mahomes' answer against tight coverage, especially if he keeps adding the downfield element Kansas City featured in camp.

Strengths: Initial-53 role, physical catch style, regular Mahomes connection, and downfield camp involvement.

Weaknesses: Must prove durable after a knee injury and keep his route details sharp against top coverage.
