11 for 11 including 4 from 50 plus, long of 58. best start for a kicker i've seen in a while
8 for 8 with 3 from 50 plus, 58 long. colts needed all of it, 4 for 4 in the 19-17 win over houston.
Shrader's 2025 work was impressive: 13 makes on 14 tries and no missed extra points. He has enough leg for real range and enough early accuracy to deserve confidence. The challenge is turning a compact sample into season-long consistency in a competitive specialist environment.
Strengths: Accuracy, perfect extra-point work, confident leg strength and a very encouraging early career hit rate. He has already succeeded after moving between teams.
Weaknesses: The NFL sample is small and an injury interrupted 2025. Kickers are evaluated on narrow margins, so sustained health and repeatable mechanics remain essential.
